The onstalled event occurs when the browser is trying to fetch media data, but data is unexpectedly not forthcoming.

Using Event Listener

object.addEventListener("stalled" , myScript);

Using addEventListener() Method

Note: The addEventListener() method is not supported in Internet Explorer 8 and below.
