The onplay event occurs when the audio/video has been started or is no longer paused.

onplay Event as Attribute

As Property

object.onplay = function(){ // code };

Using Event Listener

object.addEventListener("play" , myScript);

Note: The addEventListener() method is not supported in Internet Explorer 8 and below.
