The <base>
tag specifies the base URL to use for all relative URLs contained within a document.
Note: There can be only one <base>
element in a document.

Attributes

href | URL | Specifies the base URL for all relative URL's within a document. |
target | _blank _parent _self _top | Specifies where to display the result when hyperlinks or forms cause navigation. |
