The concat() method appends a string to the end of another string.

A concatenation of two strings can be done using this function.

public class myClass { public static void main(String[] args) { String str1 = "John "; String str2 = "Doe"; System.out.print(str1.concat(str2)); } }


John Doe


public String concat(String str2)

Parameter Values

str2RequiredSpecifies the string that should be appended to the other string.

Return Value

StringReturns a string where one string is appended to the end of another string.
