The target
attribute specifies where the linked document should be opened.
Warning: The target
attribute is deprecated and is no longer recommended.

Attribute Values
Value | Description |
---|---|
_self | Opens the linked document in the same frame when a click event is triggered. Default. |
_blank | Opens the linked document in a new window. |
_parent | Opens the linked document in its parent frame. |
_top | Will breaks outside of all the frames it is nested and open the linked document in the Enitre or Complete window. |
