The lighten()
function makes a given color lighter.
Example

color: lighten(#e1d7d2, 30%);
}
Syntax
lighten($color, $amount)
Parameter Value
Value | Type | Explanation |
---|---|---|
$color | Required | Specifies a color. |
$amount | Required | Increases the HSL lightness of $color by that amount. The $amount must be a number between 0% and 100% (both are inclusive). |

Value | Explanation |

color | Returns the lighten color |
